I wish that Marvel would actually explore Storm's magical heritage, instead of always just showing her using her weather manipulation powers.

I know some people will probably say "Oh, but her using weather powers AND using powers would make her too powerful," but I disagree,...especially since Marvel could create difficult foes for Storm to overcome, or create really difficult obstacles for Storm to conquer.

If a character is too powerful, there's nothing stopping the company from creating even more powerful villains to give the powerful hero or heroine a challenge.

Besides, I love the idea of Wakanda having a queen with not only weather manipulation powers, but magic-based powers as well.

What were Storm's female ancestors like, when they had magical powers and were priestesses? Would Storm use her magical-based powers like her ancestors did, or would her magic be different? How would Storm's magic differ from Dr. Strange's, or the Scarlet Witch's?
