As motivation when I work out, I tend to try to think of myself as if I were Wakandan in order to push myself to get go further and get that better drive and look. After a tough work out or set, I even tend to tell myself, "Amandla!"
What is everyone's motivation? What is your regular routine if you have one and what do you substitute as your heart shape herb (diet)?
Videos, photos of progress, recording is welcomed. We can share tips and advice, links, etc.
So today for the first time I did 21s. I usually hate bicep work outs, but I think I finally found a bicep routine that gets me mentally interested. I did 5 sets of 21s along with 30 reps of squats, 100 calves raises, 40 Bradford shoulder presses. All with 40 pounds on a straight bar bell. Also did 100 crunches with 20 pounds resistance, 100 seated leg tucks, and did some obliques.
My usual heart shaped herb usually consists of tuna, salad, pasta with veggies, fruit (most banana, orange, grape, and sometimes melons as I'm allergic to most other fruit), chicken breast, water, pomegranate juice, peanut better on wheat, eggs, V8 (mmmmm!!!) and Honey Bunches of Oat with Almonds. And when I have, amino fuel which works very damn well!
